Booking is quick and easy! 

  1. Simply click on the links below for more information on our services and workshops and to see the next available times. 
  2. Choose the appointment time you want to book, or workshop start date and time.
  3. Enter your contact information and a valid credit card number to secure your booking.  Please note all new clients will be required to provide a credit card number at time of booking. If you don't have a credit card please contact us at 204-223-8778.
    FOR SESSIONS: First time clients will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee up front at time of booking.
    FOR WORKSHOPS: All clients are required to enter a credit card and
    a non-refundable deposit of $50 - $200 (depending on the workshop) will be processed at time of booking.   
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once booked/registered, and email reminders before your appointment or workshop.  If you don't receive an email confirmation right away please check your spam folder and add our email address to be sure you get our emails.

All sessions are 50-60 minutes unless a longer session is booked. 

To be added to our cancellation list one must first have an official appointment booked.  Once you have booked your session please email or call 204-223-8778, we will then contact you should an opening become available sooner than your scheduled appointment. 

RATES: All prices below include GST.  Prices and availability may change without notice.  If you prepaid or partial paid for a session and the rates since increased, the difference will be due at the time of your appointment.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.   


As we are often booked several months in advance we have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
This policy is in effect to ensure we can provide the utmost availability to our clients. Thank you for your understanding.

SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY:  If less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given your full session fee will be charged/kept for any missed appointments. This means the non-refundable deposit will be kept and the balance remaining will be charged to the credit card number on file.  If more than 48 hours notice is given new clients who have paid the non-refundable deposit can reschedule and have their deposit transferred to the new session fee.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:  In the event of more than 48 hours cancellation your non-refundable deposit will be held and can be applied to another workshop within six months.  If less than 48 hours notice is given the deposit will be kept to cover your spot.  In the event of workshop no shows, or same day cancellation, the full workshop cost will be billed.
